Function:

The command queries the measure range of capacitance.

Return Format:

The query returns the current range parameter: 0、1、2、3、4 or 5.(see Table 2- 7)

Syntax:

:measure:capacitance:digit□{INC|DEC|5|6|7}

Function:

The command queries and sets the digit of capacitance.
