6. MEASure:FRESistance?

Command Format:

MEASure:FRESistance?

{<range>|MIN|MAX|DEF},{<resolution>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

Function:

The command presets the multimeter as specified range and resolution and

executes 4-wire resistance measurement, and then sends the readings to the

output buffer. For the parameter range and other related information, refer to

CONFigure:FRESistance.

Return Format:

The query returns the data stored in output buffer.

7. MEASure:FREQuency?

Command Format:

MEASure:FREQuency?

{<range>|MIN|MAX|DEF},{<resolution>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

Function:

The command presets the multimeter as specified range and resolution and

executes frequency measurement, and then sends the readings to the output
